News: Welcome 2010 Ambassador Training & Welcome 2010 Booklet Launched

The Welcome 2010 Ambassador Training has been launched in  partnership with TEP.  It includes specific training on intercultural communication and creating a great experience for visitors through excellent customer service. 

The booklet provides practical information about the visiting teams, their soccer history, everyday phrases in foreign languages and most importantly celebrates what’s great about South frica. A sample of this booklet is also available for download.
