Geoff joined the ProServ team in 2010. He graduated in the fields of Tourism and Financial Management and completed his studies in 2009 at the University of Johannesburg. Geoff has worked as a Researcher and Analyst as well as a Unit Manager at several prominent organisations in Johannesburg. He also founded a successful restaurant and catering company as part of an entrepreneurial project whilst he studied.

Lusia Ismael Chilusse was born in Maputo, Mozambique.
In 2003 she moved to South Africa to further her studies and then gained work experience in Maputo with a private marketing company. She is currently completing her BA in Community Development through UNISA. She joined the ProServ Mozambique team in January 2011.
