	Bart was born in the Netherlands and, after completing his Bachelor in Hotel Management at the Hotelschool The Hague, he continued studying at Nijenrode University where he obtained his Masters of Science in General Management in 1994. After holding various tourism and hospitality positions in Scotland, Aruba, Amsterdam and New York, his career lead him to South Africa, where in 1998 he started Hospitality Professionals South Africa together with Patrick Hijlkema. As the CEO of ProServ South Africa, Bart is intimately involved in the strategy development and growth of the organisation. Bart is married and has a keen interest in music and culinary activities.

	Patrick is co-founder of Proserv International. He was born and studied in the Netherlands. He completed a Msc in Management and Bacherlor in Hotel Management. Before coming to South Africa in 1998 he held various positions in Tourism and Hospitality in the USA, Australia, Gibraltar, Spain and the Netherlands where he was General Manager of the 120-room Efteling Hotel.

	Ruth Sepotokele

	Ruth studied Credit Management and currently Finance Management with UNISA. She broadened her knowledge by joining government entities such as South African Revenue Services and Gauteng Shared Services Centre. With the experience acquired she joined ProServ in 2006 as a Finance Administrator. She is involved in organizing successful social committee events. In April 2009 she was appointed as the Corporate Services Coordinator with her main role focussing on being the link between the Finance Department and accounting service provider.

	Celia graduated with a BCom Honours in Business Management specialising in marketing from the University of North West. Upon successful completion of her studies she chose to explore and acquire working knowledge of different cultures and nationalities abroad where she was exposed to 5-star hospitality in England and Scotland. She furthermore broadened her experience by working in the F&B departments of both the Queen Elizabeth II and Queen Mary II Cruise Liners for a period of 5 years. She joined ProServ in 2008 and is currently part of the Business Development team looking after marketing and public relations.

	Nonkanyiso Mhlauli

	Nonki was born and raised in Mount Frere. She completed Matric in 1995. She studied Food Service Management in 1996 graduated in 1999. She worked in various roles in the Hospitality Industry before joining ProServ International in 2008 as Front Office Coordinator.

	Mabel Lekgothoane

	Mable comes from Limpopo and joined ProServ in 2004. She worked in the hospitalitry industry and worked for the Sunnyside Hotel in Johannesburg. She is currently working as Office Administrator, performing various duties within the organisation and ensuring accurate Record Management in terms of Leanrer Registration and Portfolio's of Evidence.
