Bart was born in The Netherlands and after completing his Bachelor in Hotel Management at the Hotelschool The Hague, he continued studying at Nijenrode University where he obtained his Masters of Science in General Management in 1994. After holding various tourism and hospitality positions in Scotland, Aruba, Amsterdam and New York, his career led him to South Africa, where in 1998 he started Hospitality Professionals South Africa together with Patrick Hijlkema. As the CEO of ProServ, Bart is intimately involved in the strategy development and growth of the organisation. Bart has a keen interest in music and culinary activities.

Patrick is cofounder of ProServ International. He was born and studied in The Netherlands. He completed a MSc in Management and a Bachelors degree in Hotel Management. Before coming to South Africa in 1998, he held various positions in Tourism and Hospitality in the USA, Australia, Gibraltar, Spain and The Netherlands where he was the General Manager of the 120-room Efteling Hotel.

Jason started his IT career by studying COBOL, Turbo Pascal and RPG in the early 1990's. Since then he has successfully taught himself to be proficient in Microsoft SQL Server Administration, an advanced Crystal Reports designer and is fluent in both Visual Basic and C#. He is currently studying for an MCTS in C# Web Application Development as well as an MCTS in ADO.NET to update and perfect his current programming abilities.

Thomas was born and grew up in Mashonaland, central province, Zimbabwe. He attended University of Zimbabwe from where he graduated in 2005 with a BSC Computer Science Degree. Thomas held various Information Technology positions before joining Proserv International in February 2011.
